Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

The service

Vidphase is a planning workspace for video creators. It stores ideas, project notes, tasks, references and publishing metadata that you enter. It does not upload, host or modify videos on YouTube or any other platform.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. One person per account.

Your content

You own everything you put into Vidphase. We only process it to run the service for you. You can export it at any time and delete your account from Settings.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed in advance monthly or yearly through our payment processor and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Your data is never deleted because a subscription ends.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Vidphase to break the law, attack the service, or access data that isn’t yours.

Availability

We work hard to keep Vidphase available and backed up, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation.
