Who is Vidphase for?
YouTube creators who juggle several videos at once and are tired of scattering ideas, scripts and to-dos across notes apps, docs and spreadsheets. Start on your own; on Pro and Ultra you can invite editors, writers and designers to plan videos on your channels with you.
Why not just use Notion, Trello or a spreadsheet?
You can, but you’ll spend time building the system before you make a video. Vidphase comes with a YouTube workflow ready to go: production stages, scripts attached to each video, a release calendar and a publishing kit for titles, descriptions, thumbnails, chapters and tags.
Does it connect to my YouTube channel or store my footage?
No to both. You never sign in with Google, and nothing is posted to your channel. Your video files stay where they are; Vidphase keeps links and file paths to them.
How does it work with Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants?
Add Vidphase as a connector in any assistant that supports MCP, using the URL in Settings → AI assistants, and approve access. The assistant can then capture ideas, draft scripts, plan tasks and fill in publishing details directly in your channels. You can disconnect it at any time.
What’s the catch with the free plan?
The free plan has no time limit. You can have 3 videos in production at once, with unlimited ideas and published videos. Published and archived videos don’t count toward the limit, so if you publish at your own pace you may never need Pro.
What happens to my data if I cancel or leave?
It stays yours. If you cancel, you keep everything and drop back to the free limits for new videos; teammates’ access is paused until you upgrade again. You can export any channel as JSON from its settings on any plan, at any time.
